alifornia native Angelina Diaz has been a transaction coordinator for over 13 years. Her love for the industry began right after high school with her first job as office admin for a large brokerage in Temecula. She then went on to manage an office, run accounts payable for a nationwide construction company, and work as an executive assistant for an independent brokerage, before settling into her role as TC (transaction coordinator). She is a self-motivator and has always sought to provide the highest level of customer service, integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every transaction she manages. Her expertise in the industry has ranged from REO, auction and short sales, land deals, residential and commercial real estate in California, Texas, and Nevada. She recognizes the value of a TC is not only being well-informed on the contracts and disclosures that are used daily in real estate, but how to use and apply them to each individual transaction.
